In recent days, we've seen how the US East Coast import activity has surpassed the West Coast with the volume of imports due to port congestion on the West Coast.

Now, The Port of New York and New Jersey joins the Port of Los Angeles and others to tackle port congestion issues by charging fees for containers that linger on the docks too long.
