Cycle Link Returns to the Office!

After 15 months away from the office, on June 21st the first wave of teammates returned to the Cycle Link USA’s office in Diamond Bar, CA. This company decision comes in the wake of Gov. Gavin Newsom lifting California’s state-level restrictions on June 15th.

The next and final wave of workers will be returning on July 6th.

Coming into the office means more collaboration and engagement for workers after they’ve been siloed, working from home for more than a year. Any problems that arise can be tackled efficiently and effectively.

Our office also has some fun amenities like a gym, ping pong table, book nook (where employees can check out books), and delicious coffee.

Employees were greeted with hand-picked, individualized flowers and plants when they arrived at their desks to promote a more natural environment and speak to the company's core value of sustainability.

New changes include updated COVID protocols including company-provided masks, hand sanitizer stations, and rigorously sanitized public spaces. Employees are also encouraged to present their vaccine cards to HR should they choose to take the vaccine.
